Responsibilities Therapy Director:
- Oversee and lead the therapy department, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.
- Develop and implement therapy programs to meet the specific needs of individuals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of therapy services and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications Therapy Director:
- Licensed Therapist, in the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,401.48 - $70,924.37 per year
